In Search of the (w)Right House: From Here to There, Explorations and Engagements with the Residential Work of Frank Lloyd Wright and Peter Bohlin
Announcing a 4 week studio exploring uniquely American conceptions of House through a series of two design problems, one at Fallingwater and one at Westcott House and field study at 5-6 award winning houses designed by Bohlin, Cywinski, Jackson. Included in the studio is a design-build workshop offering a hands-on experience for students, design faculty, and professionals to explore sustainable design and architectural craft practices at Fallingwater.
Studio participants live and work with nationally recognized design professionals at world-renowned Fallingwater, a vital experiential learning laboratory that celebrates design in harmony with nature.

Dates and Duration: May 19-June 13, 2013 — 4 Weeks, including 1 week field study at Fallingwater
Credit available:
6 Credit Hour Studio Second Year and Above OR
3 Credit Hour History Theory + 3 Credit Hour Communications Process
